The CEI Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) package contains introductory information regarding our staff qualifications, service lines, and our company history. Staff resumes, licenses, certifications, and Certificates of Insurance (COI's) are also included as needed. We typically customize each SOQ package for the client's project-specific needs.
